Drink Your Way to Health!

According to ancient Chinese, Kombucha is “The Immortal Health Elixir” — it has an anecdotal history of preventing degenerative diseases, including arthritis. To us it’s slimy goodness!

Made from tea that undergoes a fermentation process with a culture, the end result is a fizzy, nourishing probiotic drink.

Although the kombucha brewing process uses sugar, the SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) that is added to the tea digests most of it.

Kombucha has the ability to create the precursors to Glutiathione which is a detoxification enzyme. This helps the liver better detoxify and supports healthy pre and probiotic colonies in the gut. Our immune system gets a boost, we get refreshed, energized and our spirits fly! When fermented to fizziness it does contain trace amounts of alcohol and will create a ‘lightheadedness’.

Acetic Acid – An antiseptic produced in the brewing process that inhibits harmful bacteria and pathogens.

Lactic Acid – Prevents constipation and protects the walls of the bowels from decay.

Gluconic Acid – Effective against yeast infections. Created by bacteria in your gut, Gluconic acid breaks down to Caprylic acid, which is naturally anti-microbial and battles fatty bacteria.

Amino Acids – The building blocks of protein, crucial to your body’s chemistry.

Nucleic Acids (like RNA and DNA) – Sends signals to cells to function properly and rebuild.

Carbonic Acid – Regulator of blood pH levels.

Folic Acid – May help heart disease, aging, Cancer, Crohn’s, Alzheimer’s and Osteoporosis.

VITAMINS in Kombucha

Vitamin C - A detoxifier and immunity booster.

Thiamin (B1) - Stimulates the immune system, may aid in prevention of skin, joint and bone aging, cancer and stroke among others.

Riboflavin (B2) – Suppresses allergies.

Niacin (B3) – Promotes healing skin tissue and is a natural aphrodisiac.

Pyridoxine (B6) – Helps battle obesity, rheumatism and stroke.

Cobalamin (B12) - Improves memory and learning.

Nourish your body pure and simple. Make Kombucha a part of it!
