Drink Your Way to Health!

According to ancient Chinese, Kombucha is “The Immortal Health Elixir” — it has an anecdotal history of preventing degenerative diseases, including arthritis. To us it’s slimy goodness!

Made from tea that undergoes a fermentation process with a culture, the end result is a fizzy, nourishing probiotic drink.

Although the kombucha brewing process uses sugar, the SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) that is added to the tea digests most of it.

Kombucha has the ability to create the precursors to Glutiathione which is a detoxification enzyme. This helps the liver better detoxify and supports healthy pre and probiotic colonies in the gut. Our immune system gets a boost, we get refreshed, energized and our spirits fly! When fermented to fizziness it does contain trace amounts of alcohol and will create a ‘lightheadedness’.
