Incorporate a new approach for your mind and body. Reflections Yoga and You Can Thrive! have partnered with a evolutionary approach by creating a therapeutic sound and Reiki restorative class exclusively for cancer survivors. Each week you can bring one friend and join us for a "massage for your brain". You will LOVE this!
Incorporating ancient healing sounds of the live gong, tuning forks, voice and other instruments can create deep meditative brainwave states. Combined with Reiki and aromatherapy, this hour long Thursday series will leave you feeling relaxed and empowered through meditative postures, while leaving your vibrational energy charged and aligned. It's like a massage for your brain! Grab a friend and don't miss it!
