This weekly Sound/Energy Alchemy Journey features Gong, Bowls, Tuning Forks, Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki and Essential Oils to put you in a more renewed and connected place in your mind and in your life. We are all creators! Practice and rehearse the life you want!
This progressive class provides knowledge and skills needed to recast your life journey from a field of true connection to source. Breath and visualization techniques help activate the pineal gland and create a palpable connection to heaven and earth.
