A You Can Thrive! membership gives you access to walk-in hot yoga at either location! Through our generous linkage from Fyra Yoga we offer those that enjoy hot yoga to leverage their health through this amazing practice.
As an active member once signed up, you may check the class schedule & choose any class with open slots. (mostly off-peak)
Besides your hot yoga, your membership provides many other member perks, and these ongoing memberships sustain programming for people with cancer. It's a win/win and you get to be a part of this regenerative model!
