30-minute ZOOM Chair Yoga sessions

Private, never recorded zoom session, camera optional, small group, guided reflexology and yoga with the invitation to make your own choices.

This is not recreational yoga but focus is on choice making about yoga shapes and what is most helpful/of interest to you at the moment to truly connect with your body. Language is invitational. We say hi at the beginning as you enter - I am there 2-3 minutes before the session starts. Camera off is optional. - To close, participants are welcome to share something with the group or can do so with me privately after the session in writing, whichever works better.
